New Year's Resolutions & My Tips To Achieve Them.

Hello everyone,
So on Tuesday we have New Year's Eve, I can't believe how fast this year has gone. Maybe it's good that we are ending this years, as it wasn't one of my best years to be honest. I was thinking recently about my new year's resolutions, I always had one and well it normally didn't work out, but I was thinking this year to make a proper list of things that I want to achieve. First I just want to say that maybe it won't be that interesting for you, but for me it's very important and maybe if I write them down I'll have more motivation to achieve them. Maybe some of them will be similar to yours. I'm going to tell you what I'm planing on doing to reach them, maybe throw some tips or advice for you, if I'll be able to.

Fist when you are making a list, not just new year's resolutions but any list that you want to achieve, don't make it too long, it's better to reach all or most of your points then nothing, because there will be to much.
Here we go...

      1.  Loose weight & be healthy.
I know what you think... that's like a resolution every week, but this time I mean it! I'm going to find a way for me to start liking exercising.. if you have any recommendations, let me know! Other then just becoming more fit I want to start eating healthy and I'm actually going to dietician, because I'm a vegetarian and my mum is concerned, if I'm eating what I should also I like it when I have everything written down.. that gives me more motivation. If you don't want to go to anyone and just do it yourself, I also have an advice to you. Search for healthy recipes and foods that are low on calories, but also healthy and write them down. Next take a paper and write everything you will eat on a specific day. You can also count down the calories and remember about drinking lots of water, you can also take photos of what you eat even the bad ones like chocolate, because this will help you look back at what you are eating. Make yourself two list of tables. One with all the foods that you will eat and the second with written down exercises for each day. Remember keep going, don't give up even if you are tired or you don't see the results. They will be there just take time and after a month fitness and healthy eating will be something natural for you.
If you have extra problems with craving and eating sweets make two jars. One with written down things you can do in your free time, when you are 'hungry' but actually most of the time you are just  bored. Second one should be empty and when ever you feel like buying yourself a chocolate bar or anything unhealthy put the money there, in a few months you will have enough money to buy yourself something new.

     2.  Live life & worry less.

That's a harder one and just to say I don't have good advice on this one as I'm just starting this. I think I just take things a bit too seriously and I'm trapped in my life, I'm not living but I'm more of a prisoner. I really want to change it.  I think the best way is just to stress less about everything especially school, not care about anyone but you.. I think that sounds bad but we really do care about everyone but ourselves. Maybe start doing something that you never would do and be more spontaneous. Leave everything behind and start over with a different attitude. Leave what's bad behind and just live your life how you want it with more confidence. Yeah I know easier said then done, but maybe we can make it work.

      3.  Find something that I love doing.

By this I mean to do something that makes me happy not just work for school. This blog is something like that, also writing but I don't have time for that and ideas for everyday to write. However I want to find something that I can do everyday that I'm looking forward from the moment I wake up. I have no clue how to figure it out this but I'm hoping it will come to me one day and I'll know what to do with myself.

       4.  Be more confident & be nice to people.

Be more confident that will happen if I get to the stage that I'll like the way I look and I'll be happy with my life. So that means the first two resolutions have to be achieved. When it comes to being nice to people is just being kind and always helpful even though I don't like someone just to be remembered as the happy, helpful & nice person. I think that if you are nice and kind it will come back to you and you will get something in return, also you have this satisfaction that you helped someone.

       5. Do something I wouldn't normally do.

I really want to experience something so spontaneous and adventurous. I think if this can happen  during summer. I just want to be open to different opportunities and I hope I'll get them throughout the next year.  I guess what we can do to achieve this is to be open to meet new people and things that can lead to unbelievable experience.

I really do hope that all these resolutions will come true and at the end of December of 2014 I'll do a post about it and we'll see what I have achieved. I want to know some of yours new year's resolutions, so please leave them below. I just want to wish you all a Happy New Year and here I found great wishes and I hope everyone will be happy next year.

Christmas Is Here!

Hello everyone,
So Christmas is finally here.. Okay well there are some days left, but I do feel very Christmasy lately. When the 1st of December came I was 'allowed' to start listening and singing Christmas songs and decorate  my room for Christmas. So yesterday I took a short ( well it's was about 3 hours but yeah.. very short) break from studying and started to clean up my room and put all Christmas lights and decorations in my room. When I finished I was so happy with the results. I definitely do need to get more things, but I've to share what I have so far with you guys.

I got these from my mum, they are from IKEA and I find them so cute and nice for Christmas. They do actually light up, I don't know if you can see that, because I took the photos when the sun was shinning in the morning. Though when they light in the dark they look so festive.

I know these last three photos are not so good, but it's so hard to take a photos of these stars on my walls, as the light is so poor in the part of my room. But I absolutely love them,  they are all back and silver with glitter all over them.  I bought them last year and I fell in love with how they reflect light a little bit.

As you can see lots of candles, they are all vanilla, but  I really do love vanilla candles. The little angel I just put by my mirror and two candles just to make that corner a bit more Christmasy.

This corner of my room I absolutely adore, I had these purple light for a quite time now and I never knew what to do with them and yesterday I got this idea to put them in a jar and I really like the effect. Also another candle.I have to admit I do have a slight problem with buying candles. Also the bears, I find them so cute and adorable for Christmas time. I actually have them all year around, but with the candle and the jar they look extra Christmasy.

I had these for so long and also I decided to bright them out for Christmas. They are standing on one of my shelves right next to my bowl with sweets and chocolates.

These light are always for Christmas in my room, I have two big windows and I decided to put these stars on them,  they do look amazing! Also I realized that I've gone for a star theme this year, but well who doesn't like stars.

Hope you like this post and if you have any questions, comments or requests leave them below.

How are you decorating your room for Christmas?

November Favourites

Hello everyone,
I'm so sorry I didn't post anything last week, but I was feeling very ill/ I have tried to take some nice photos, but the lightning was just so bad and later I got a fever and to be honest I just couldn't move from my bed.
Again comes a time of the month for me to tell you about my favourites, there has been a few new products I have been loving this month.

Firstly lets start with hair products, and there has been a few that I'm very happy about. The Aussie products came to the shops during summer and I got my hands on the 3 Minute Miracle Deep Conditioner, I wrote about it in my July Favourites . After using it and being so happy about the results I went and bought the Miracle Moist Shampoo and Conditioner. It's for dry, damaged and like they said on the bottle a bit unhappy hair, I knew I wanted to try it out. The smell like I said in the 3 Minute Miracle Conditioner is amazing, it's very sweet like lots of sweets at once but also a bit flowery. I personally love the smell, but if it's not yours they have plenty of other shampoos and conditioners for different kind of hair and I know they also smell amazing. Now... I think these are really good products, they are very moisturising  and my hair feels so soft and healthy after using it, the smell lasts for a very long time and I have to say these are one of my favourites hair products.. right next to Tony&Guy.

Now the hair product that I just fell in love with is the Tony&Guy Serum Drops. I was thinking of getting that for a quite a time now and when there was a sale in the shop I knew I had to get it. It says that it's for frizzy hair and it gives a lot of shine.. I do agree with that. You apply this on dry hair and it make them so much nicer, there is this healthy shine, not grease al all, but this nice shine we always want to have on our hair. If you do have frizzy hair or even curly/wavy it's great. It smooths them out and make them look much better. Also the smell is very nice like all of the Tony&Guy products. You use one to three pumps of the product, so  it will definitely last for a very long time as you don't even need a lot to make it work. Definitely one of my favourites!

The next thing I have been loving is the Bourjois Bronzing Powder. I was walking around this product for few months and I was reading so many reviews, finally I bought it. I was a bit scared that it will be very shimmery and too dark for me, but it turned out amazing. It's not too dark but not too light. I love to use it also as a contour, but also with a bigger brush to put it very delicately as a bronzer. The simmers are not that scary and they give this nice healthy look. It also smells so delicious.. like chocolate so that gives it a bit plus.

It's in the colour 52.

Again a different nail polish I used, quite a lot this month, again it's an Essie one but you know I love this brand and these nail polishes. I have been using the Essae - Bahama Mama. It's this amazing dark hot pink with purple colour, perfect for autumn but also for summer to give, a bit different look. Love it to bits and there is nothing really much to say about it except that fact that I love it and that I would recommend it to everyone.

Bahama Mama

The last beauty things would be my Inglot brow eye shadow and the Real Technique Brow Brush. Inglot have these amazing colours for brows and when I finally picked the right one I was so happy with it. I use this everyday, it's amazing it's not too strong. The brush I started to use with it is the Real Techniques one and it's great like all the other brushes they made. It's very easy to use, soft, not very expensive and an amazing brush quality.

Sorry if it's a bit to dirty but I use it a lot.
It's the brown/grey colour in the corner.

I think that would be al beauty favourites this month. Let's go to the other thing I love this month.

Happily & Half A Heart - One Direction
One Night & Sofa - Ed Sheeran
This song that is in the background of this video.
