July & August Favourites

It's time for a favourites post, here are some things that I have been loving this past two months.
Starting with the beauty things;

Bath & Body Works Lip Licious Lip Gloss in Marshmallow Creme - absolutely love this lip gloss! I think it's the smell that gets me, it smells like sweets, chocolate and marshmallow.
The colour is quite sheer but very shimmery so it's a nice option for natural look or on a lip stick.

Revlon Eye Shadow in 010 Bone - it's from the new range from Revlon. It's a vanilla matt simple colour. I wanted one for a very long time, as all of my light eye shadows where shimmery and when I saw the new eye shadow from Revlon I though I would give it a go.
It's not as pigmented as I though it would be, but I quite like the formula and it looks really nice on the eye lid.

The nail polishes from Topshop in Flamingo Coral ( pinky ) and All I Need Is Aniseed ( plumy ) - some of you may know that the Topshop nail polishes formula is amazing,  they don't chip, they stay very long and they apply easily.

Rimmel Nail Polish in 853 Pillow Talk - again amazing nail polish from Rimmel, the colour is a beautiful baby blue with a big of shimmer. Lovely from spring and summer.

Maybelline Brow Pencil in Soft Brown - I was advised to get that at a drug store and I absolutely fell in love with it. Using this pencil is super easy and the colour matches my brows.
It's a creamy formula and when you apply is in quick strokes it creates a natural look. It also has a brush at the other end to stroke the brow after you use the pencil.

Topshop Lip Stick in Macaroon - this will have to be my favorite lip stick after my dark reds that I can't wear everyday as I go to school. This is a beautiful pinky colour very similar to my Topshop Nail Polish ( the pink one ). It's very creamy and it applies so nicely.
Also it very long lasting and you don't need a lip gloss over it.

Next Topshop product is the cream blush in Flush - it my first cream blush and again I fell in love with it, it's creamy as it should be, it applies amazingly, it has a slight shimmery healthy looking finish.
On the photo the colour looks a bit dark but when you apply it, it looks very natural and pinky.

Finally a L'oreal Super Liner in Black Lacquer - I have been looking for a good eye liner for a very long time - I finally found one! I have to say it's the best liner ever!
It's very easy to use and it creates a nice fine line.
It lasts all day and when you remove your make-up it doesn't smudge, it kind of rolls so your eyes don't get irritated.

Next we have body, skincare and hair products.

I Love Cosmetics Body Lotion in Coconut & Cream - I always wanted to try products from this brand, but we don't have them in Poland. When I was in TK-Maxx I saw this and I had to get it. It smells like heaven! This lotion is very moisturising and the smells stays on very long.

Bio - Oil - it's an oil that you can use on your body, but I use it on my face as a very moisturising treatment. My skin tends to go very dry so every now and then I apply this on my face and let it sit for a whole night. It does the job nicely and my skin feels smoother on the next day.

Kallos Cosmetics - Keratin & Chocolate Hair Masks  - they are super cheap which kind of lead me out of track as the big 'box' was around 2 pounds ( 10zł ), which is so cheap for 1000ml.
Both of these masks are for dry and damaged hair.
They smell amazing and I use them almost every day.
You put them on for 5 minutes and rise with water.
They make my hair super healthy looking and smooth.

Pantene Intensive Repair Oil with Vitamin E - it is an amazing oil for damaged and dry hair. I apply it before bow drying my hair. It smells very nice and it makes my hair very soft.

Now moving onto some other things that I have been loving throughout these two months:

Films:
The Mask ( going back to the 90' )
The Other Woman
Couples Retreat
A.C.O.D
Tangled
FRIENDS - that's a TV series

Music:
Ed Sheeran - X ( Whole album )
Troye Sivan - Happy Little Pill
Tee Shirt - Birdy
Problem - Arianda Grande & Iggy Azalea

Scents:
Chance Chanel perfume
Bath & Body Works Scented Candle - Paris

Food/Drinks:
Mojito
Coffee
Orange juice

Books:
John Green - Paper Towns
John Green - Looking For Alaska
( I have do a review if you want! Both of these books are amazing! )

How To Style: A Midi Skirt

So sorry again that it's one day late post, but I came back from my holidays and I didn't have time to properly sit down and write something.
Anyway I was thinking of posts that I can make in the future and I came up with this idea to make two up to three How To Wear Something posts a month. I feel like these kind posts can be very helpful and inspirational. I know I always look for tips how to wear a certain item of clothing.
So I hope you enjoy them and please leave suggestions for future How To Style posts.

Recently I have been in love with midi skirt
( to be honest I only own one, but I just love the look of them )

They are very in fashion now and I see more and more people wearing them.
Here are some of my tips when it comes to Midi Skirts:

They can be worn in the day with sandals or flats as well as dressed up version to an event or a dinner with heels ( see pictures above ).
I feel that they suit every figure and don't be scared to try them out when you have bigger thighs or stomach.
When you have bigger calves they will slim them down as they come half way.
Wear them at your waist not your hips, they will slim you down and hide any bigger stomach.
They will look amazing with a crop top, but also a longer shirt tugged in.
They are very feminine.
When you pick the right shoes, bag and accessories you can go to work in the morning and finish with a dinner in the evening.
They don't have to be in one colour - try something different and pick one with patterns or summer/fall colours.
Try different types of midi skirts and I'm sure you will find one that will suit you!
The first one on the second photo have pleats and they may make your hips and thighs look bigger so be careful.

Hope you liked this post and if you have any comments, requests or questions please leave them below.
Please think of any other items of clothing or accessories that you want me to write about.

White T-Shirt & Jeans!

Sorry for not posting yesterday, but I didn't have internet connection plus I'm on vacation.
Here is just few shots of one of my classic and most worn outfit ever!
I feel like white T-Shirt with skinny jeans is the best option when you don't know what to wear.
Even better if you have any statement necklaces to show more effort and I believe that it just looks much better.
Also I want to thank my best friend for taking the photos.

Warsaw Haul & What I Got For My Birthday?

Few days ago I came back from a five day holidays in Warsaw with friends,
we also celebrated mine and my best friend's 18th birthday, while being there.
We saw many places as it was my first time in the capital.
One of the last days we went shopping, I have to say I'm so exited and happy about the things I got.
Also I want to share with you the things I got for my birthday.
I just wanted to say I'm not trying to brag or show off,  I just really like to read or watch these kind of posts/videos.
I hope you like it and maybe you will find something for yourself.

First we have the things I got for my birthday.
I'm so thankful for all the presents I got.
From my family I got a new laptop - a Macbook Pro, which was my dream for very long time.
My parents got my this wonderful rose gold cross bracelet and Chance Chanel perfume.

From my best friend I got few bath bombs and three little soaps.
I absolutely love these kind of things and whenever I get them, I'm so happy I can make myself a big bath.
I got a rose one, milk & honey, carmel apple and peach & mango ones as well as the three soaps that smell like fruits.
From her I also got the most sentimental and amazing present ever - it was a photo album.
It was made so beautifully with paintings and pictures from my childhood till now.
When I was going through it, I was crying so badly,  she also wrote me wishes for my birthday.
It was one of the best presents I ever got!

From my boyfriend I got a bouquet of roses and a necklace from Zara that I wanted for so long.
It so beautiful with pearls and little 'diamonds', I feel like I could wear it just to a normal T-shirt but also to a more elegant dress.

That's all when it come to my birthday, now moving on to the things I got when I was in Warsaw.
Beginning with beauty, I went to Bath&Body Works like five or six times, because I fell in love with the products they have and I wanted to try everything out.
Yeah maybe that's a little too much of hand sensitizers, but I couldn't resist and I bought two for my friend so I'll have even less of them.
And I mean they are just so cute!!
They are a bit less then £2 each (9zł).
A body lotion with velvet sugar shea & vitamin E that smells like haven!
It says it smells like Red Velvet Creme, Golden Plum and Sugared Musk.
It costs around £10 (50zł).
And of course a candle. It's the Paris Amour one.
It really hard to explain this smell, as it's quite sweet but it also has this more fruity/floral scent.
It was around £17 (90zł).
The lip gloss is also from Bath&Body Works and it is very shimmery but it doesn't leave any colour on your lips.
It smells amazing and it teases so nice.
It is marshmallow and carmel scented lip gloss.
It stays on very well and it  was around £5 (25zł).
I also bought a black eyeliner from L'oreal ( it's the super liner back lacquer), it was
£8 (40zł). From Maybelline brow pencil in Soft Brown and an eye pencil in 400 Marvelous Maroon, there was a sale for only £2 (9zł).
Then I went to Topshop, to be honest I was the most exited to go there as we don't have that shop in Krakow, but unfortunately I didn't find anything I liked when it comes to clothes.
However I really liked the makeup they have!
It took me quite a while to pick what I wanted, but thanks to my best friend we left the shop after 30 minutes not an hour.

I got two nail polishes in the colour Flamingo Coral (pinky one) and All I Need Is Aniseed ( dark plumy one ).
They were £6 each (30zł).
This beautiful pinky peachy lip stick in Macaroon which was £10 (50zł) and a cream blush in Flush that costs £6 (30zł).
That would be everything when it comes to beauty products, moving onto clothes.
I'm sorry that the pictures are taken with my phone, but I didn't have time and someone to take good pictures of the clothes.
So let's start with the shoes, I know that it's still summer, but for me buying  any shoes is a miracle as most of them don't fit me.
I wanted these kind of boots for a very long time and I have one pair, but they are getting old and when I saw these I really liked them plus they are very conformable.

They are from Pull&Bear and I got them for just £25 (129zł).
I absolutely love this dress! When I saw it I said I would buy it even if it didn't  fit me.
I bought if from New Look and it was £15 (80zł).

The shirt is from H&M ( I know it creased ), it was £15 (80zł).  The black jeans are from Bershka and they are very skinny and high waisted, they were about £19 (100zł).

This gray 3/4 sleeve shirt was from H&M and it was around £6 (30zł).

The black cardigan was also from H&M and it was around £15 (80zł).

This long back pencil skirt is as well from H&M and it was £15 (80zł).
The last thing are these high waisted navy trousers. They are so conformable and I love the floral pattern, I think they will look amazing with a white T-shirt or a crop top.
They are from New Look and they where £18 (100zł).
Hope you liked this post and if you have any comments, requests or questions please leave them below.

What's In My Carry-on Bag?

As you are reading this I'll probably be all ready for my short holidays with friends.
It's summer time, we travel a lot and my biggest problem is when I have to pack. And I mean pack anything, from clothes to cosmetics.
I'll show you what I have in my carry-on bag and maybe some tips when it comes to deciding what to take with you.

First let's begin with the bag, it is probably either my H&M bag that you can see in my first What's In My Bag or my Zara one that it much bigger and you can see it reading my Updated What's In My Bag post
Now moving on to the content.
I think you always need a hand cream, I take my Soap&Glory
( I know it's quite big, but I love it the most ).
Next I have my phone and headphones, you might take your charger but I left my in the car.
Of course your wallet, if you are travelling to a different country you need to take a passport with you.
As a lipstick lover I needed at least two lipsticks.
The first one to the left is the Rimme Kate Moss lipctick in 10.
And a nude Inglot one in 264.
A chewing gum is a must for me!
My laptop, the charger I'll have in my normal bag so it won't take so much space and it won't be that heavy.
Sunglasses. Simple as this!
Of course my make-up bag, if you want to know what's in it you can see my What's In My Make-Up Bag post.  There is nothing new there. If you are travelling by plane you need to take a plastic bag to put all of your liquits there.
The last thing would be a book, I'm 'reading' this book for a year now, and trust me it is very interesting ( not a sarcasm ), but I just can't get myself to finish it.
But I'm planning to finish it this summer.
The book is by Sophie Kinsella as you can see.

I think that's all I have in my Carry-on bag, I hope I didn't miss anything important, becuase that would probably be quite bad.

Hope you liked this post and if you have any comments, questions or ideas please let me know.
