July Favourites

Hi everyone,

I'm starting this new monthly post at the end of every month I will tell you what I have been enjoying the most. So here it is..

The Body Shop Peach Body Butter .

I absolutely love this body butter, the smell is incredible, it's really good for sensitive skin ( at least it works for me), it's hydrating and works for really long. It lasts really long in the package, unfortunately I have only a half left, but I'll definitely repurchase it when I'm done. Not sure which scent I'm going to pick.I guess the bad part of this is the price because it's not the cheapest one, but also it's not ridiculously expensive.

Toni&Guy Sea Salt Texturising Spray.

I heard about this quite a lot and I wanted to try it out myself. Firstly I bought the little bottle to try it and to see how my hair reacts to it. . I fell in love with this. The smell is nice, it creates beachy loose waves, my hair is super soft and smooth after applying it. It's an easy and fast way to create a great hair style. Now I don't know how I would live without it. Again the bad part is that it's more in a pricey side but it's worth anything for me.

Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Reconstrucion Deep Conditioner.

I bought this because I have read somewhere that it's quite big in Australia and now it's also in my country so I decided to buy it. My hair is dry and damaged because of all the heat I use on them, but after using this my hair is so different!! I have used this maybe 4 times because I use this two times a week. Every time I'm going to use it I get a bit exited. The smell is just unbelievable! I could smell it all day long. It smells like sweets plus bubble gum. The smell stays on the hair for at least two or three days even after washing it. ( I wash my hair everyday and the next day I still can smell it on my hair! ). It does wonders for my hair. The hair is soft and smooth. It works perfectly and I'm thinking of buying more from that brand.

Bioderma.

So many people were reviewing about this and I finally bought it and  now I can't imagine my life without it. My skin is not the best and I also wear contact lenses so I really need something extra sensible. I already used about 500 ml of it and now I bought new one. It cleanses, removes make-up and smooths just like it says on the label. It does everything it says on it. Also it dries very quickly. Unfortunately it a bit more expensive but it lasts really long.

Maybelline The Falsies Volum' Express.

I heard about this form Tanya Burr ( she is a make-up artist, makes videos on Youtube and has a beauty blog! ). She loves it and she uses this mascara very often, so I decided to buy and give it a go. Like she said it's amazing. You can only were this on your eyes and they look great without anything else. It not very expensive and of course it lasts very long.

Burberry Body Tender Fragrance.

I wrote about this in my Holidays In Italy post, that I bought it in Italy. I just realised that all my fragrances are from Burberry. I love this smell it fresh but also quite elegant. You can smell different fruits and flowers, when put together they create a wonderful smell that stays in your nose and head for very long. They are quite strong so you don't need to use a lot so that means they will last very long.

Hope you liked it and if you have any more questions, comments or requests for future posts let me know in the comments!

My Dieting/Motivation/Fitness story and tips!

Hi everyone,

I was wondering what I should wrote about this week and I decided to do the same thing I told you last week. Which means dieting, workouts and motivation. I remember when I was starting this whole experience with dieting,  I  have to be honest I was a bit lost. I never believed in all the diets they tell you to do,  I always thought it's  all about healthy eating and fitness. After a while I started to learn what I should do and what's good for me. I think this year was  the best year for my health and body changing.

I remember that day I was just going through Tumblr and I saw few photos of skinny girls and Eleanor Calder ( some of you may know about her, I know everyone has different opinions about her but she is one of my inspirations ) and I just got so much motivation from that, the need to lose weight because I really didn't like how I looked. I gained about 3 or 4 kg after summer and I just hated it. I started to read about everything I should know to eat healthy and get SKINNY!!
Look at this! Now I look at this differently! I don't want to get SKINNY! Because this is just not healthy any more!
That day I made a plan, wrote it down all my exercises and diet. At first I had so much energy I was working out everyday for at lead 45 minutes and eating really healthy, I was trying new things and everything was going great when about month later I didn't see a lot of results, but I continued and I remember there was a time I was working out 1,5 hour a day. Looking back I really regret stopping because it's so hard to came back to this habits.  I was trying so hard to get the perfect body, because I hated myself. Well  it didn't work I didn't lose a lot of weight maybe a kilo or so and the changes were small at least for me. Then I hit a little breakdown because I hated myself so much and I was trying so badly and nothing was working. I stopped and just gone back to all my bad habits which I really regret now!

So I stopped, nothing happened and one day I decided that during summer I'll work on my body again.
It's summer now and well I'm trying my best. The thing is, that since  the day I 'gave up' I changed my prospective and how I look at some things. If you don't love yourself and how you look now you will won't love yourself when you change and nothing will change unless you learn to love how you look.  I started to love myself when I saw that I lost a bit of weight because I become a vegetarian it's been less then 2 months and I feel amazing. I'm not encouraging you to become a vegetarian, because it's quite an important decision and I remember when I was younger my parents didn't allow me to become one. When you become a vegetarian you need to remember a lot of things what to eat to replace meat. ( I can do a post about that let me know if you want that? ) Since the moment I become a vegetarian I started to eat a bit less and I didn't give my body as much fat as I used to. I should really cut the sweets but it's just so hard but even though I ate sweets I lost weight and finally got to my normal weight. I started to work out again,  I found some workouts that I really enjoy and I like doing them.

That made me love my body a bit more and from that moment all the workouts are going easier, I see the results better, I changed my attitude and I don't want to get SKINNY  any more I want to get fit!
I'm started to eat healthy and give my body everything it can get! Of course I'm a bit addicted to chocolate and sweets so it's not like I'm throwing then out of my life because that's impossible!

So remember few points to get started and make your dreams come true :

1. Start to love yourself the way you are now because you are beautiful no matter what size you are!
You can always change it if you don't like it but first love your body!
2. Get motivation and remember why are you doing this!
3. Be happy while doing workouts!
4. Eat healthy and drink 2l of water everyday!
5. Eat 5 times a day it really works!!!
6. Don't look at how much you weight look at yourself and how you body changes!
7. NEVER GIVE UP! The changes will come slower or faster but they will come!
8.  Workout as many times as you want.
9. Don't compare yourself to others. You can get inspiration/motivation from them but don't compare yourself to them!
10. Do it for yourself not someone else! Show everyone that you can do this!
11. Don't think about the haters! They hate because they are bored with their lives!
12. Do it to get fit not skinny! If you become fit, skinny will come with it!
13. Do it, to feel good in dresses, shorts, tank tops ect.
14. Be happy! :)

Sorry it's a bit long but I just wanted to say everything that I know and I can share with you!
Hope you like it and please leave a comment with any questions or ideas!

Holidays in Italy!

Hello everyone,
Yesterday I came back from my 2 weeks holidays in Italy. It feels like this was a dream because it went so fast it's insane.I was in a little town called Rosalina Mare which is about 50 km from Venezia. I was there with my parents and it was our third time in the same place. I was there when I was about 2 years old and 3 years ago.

While driving through Austria to Italy, when you are around Alps you go through a lot of tunnels. You can see the mountains really close and I have to say it's my favourite part of the journey,  Even though I’ve seen this view few times before it’s always breathtaking.

I was planning to visit some other places around this area as we were there already 2 times. I wanted to go somewhere where I have never been before, like Venezia ( I was there when I was 2 years old but I don't remember a thing ) and Verona, but  unfortunately we didn't manage to go there, which I’m a bit gutted about. Most of the time we spend on the beach relaxing.

One day when the weather wasn’t so nice we decided to go for some shopping and I bought myself perfume that I feel in love with instantly ( there will be a post about that some other time ).

The other day we went to a town called Choggia, it is said that it’s like a mini version of Venezia. I have been there  before but as it's a quite a bit town I discovered some new places and I ate some delicious ice cream. I really love this place as it's much smaller then Venazia and there are not so many tourists so it's not as crowded.

Me and my brother :P

On one of the last days we went on the beach when it was around 8-9PM the sea breeze and light wind was just incredible after a very hot day. I just sat there for a while and enjoyed the last days of Italy.

The last day was a bit sad because I didn't want to go even  though  I was getting a bit bored. I was feeling like this time it's really the last time I'll be there and I do have some wonderful memories from that place. Thankfully I still have 1,5 month  of summer left and I know I'll be spending some good times with my friends and family. Also I can’t wait for my birthday in less than two weeks.

Hope you enjoyed this post, for the next week I was planning on doing a post about fitness and diet, what do you think about that?
If you want me to do a post on something let me know in the comments.
Also tell me in the comments what are your plans for this summer!!
