Beauty Tag ( Would You Rather? )

Hey everyone,
I'm sorry that this post won't be anything special, but I'm very busy with school and I found this tag post on one of the blogs I follow and I really liked the questions so I decided it will be a fun and quick idea for this weeks post.
The original tag: http://elegantagelessbeauty.wordpress.com/2014/03/18/would-you-rather-tag/

1. Would you rather be able to apply eye liner perfectly or be able to contour like Kim Kardashian?
I think I would have to say apply eyeliner perfectly. I'm not that bad as contouring and I don't use it very often, but when it comes to eyeliner it's all over the place and I sometimes stand in front of the mirror for more then 30 minutes just to do that stupid liner.
2. Would you rather wear foundation that is two shades lighter or two shades darker?
Definitely two shades lighter! First of all good luck finding a shade like that for me as my skin in already very light. I think it's somehow possible to make it darker later or use bronzer and blush to make it look pretty.
3. Would you rather wear no lipstick ever again or no eye liner ever again?
I would have to say eyeliner. I love lipstick and different bright colours and you can take an black eyeshadow and eyeliner brush and use it like that.
4. Would you rather give up your foundation or your mascara?
Mascara! I don't belong to these people that have perfect skin so definitely foundation. You can make you eyes pop or be visible with darker makeup but you can't hide these blemishes.
5. Would you rather apply your make up yourself with no mirror whilst on a bumpy car journey or ask a 5-year-old child to do it?
I would go with no mirror whilst on a bumpy car journey as you can apply foundation and concealer with your hands and it hopefully look fine and just use minimal makeup so it won't be all over the place.
6. Would you rather wear exactly the same make up every single day for the rest of your life or drastically change your make up every single day for the rest of your life (even if it doesn’t suit you!)?
I think would change my makeup every single day. I would get bored of one makeup look everyday.
7. Would you rather have dodgy brows or have patchy fake tan?
That's a hard one.. maybe the dodgy brows I would somehow make them work or use makeup to do something normal with them.
8. Would you rather have perfectly white teeth or your perfect hair style?
I'm alright with my hair so I would go with perfectly white teeth.
9. Would you rather wear the same colour nail varnish for the rest of your life or be able to change the colour of your varnish whenever you like but it’s always a little bit smudged?
I would change the colour even if it's smudged.. it's normally is anyways so it's nothing new for me.
10. Would you rather have lots of scented body and perfume products that smell amazing to you but to everyone else you smell like a pine tree car air freshener or have products that smell average to you but smell incredible to those around you?
If they smell just average then that's fine with me.. I don't want to smell like a car air freshener.
Hope you liked this post, if you have any questions, comments or requests please leave them below. I would really appreciate some requests.
Also I tag everyone how what to do this post I would love to see your responses so please leave links to your blogs.
Also don't forget to come back on Wednesday for the first Inspirational Wednesday.

February & March Favourites

Hello everyone,
I'm sick as you may know if you follow me on Twitter, so that's why I didn't post on Sunday. I realised I didn't do a favourites post last month and this month is also ending, so again I'm going to combine  these two months together and share with you my favourites.

As you can see there are few things I really liked thins month, but some of them are loved for a longer time.
You may see that there are few hair products but also some of my favourites nail polishes.

Tangle Teezer - that's the first thing I wanted to talk to you about... I fell in love with this brush. For those of you that didn't hear about it - it's a brush that leaves your hair smooth and helps them to recover if they are damaged. I had this since December I think and I have to say I fell in love with it immediately. It's so easy to use and my hair are so soft after it. They are very affordable and for anyone that uses hair brushes I would recommend this.  There are also different colours of it if you don't want just a standard black one.

Toni & Guy Moisturising Shine Spray - okay.. so I bought this because my hair is really hating me right now so I decided to try this out and again it's a product that you use and love! I use it everyday after drying my hair and later brush it through. They smell so beautiful after it and are so smooth and soft. If you have frizzy or damages hair - you will love this.

Cetaphil -  this is my daily moisturizer for night time as it can be a bit to heavy for day time under the makeup. It's very creamy and moisturising, I apply it everyday and the next day my skin is really soft. I think it's really good if you have acne, dry skin or sensitive as it doesn't have any smell so it shouldn't gave you any allergies.

Rimmel Stay Match Perfection Foundation in 010 Light Porcelain - I really like this foundation it's a light coverage but I guess you can build it up to medium. I wrote about this in My Favourite Make-Up Look

Sleek MakeUp i-Divine Oh So Special Palette - Lovely palette, sleek does amazing products. I think that this one is great for spring/summer as the colours are lighter and just few darker that you can do a smokey eye with. If you want to see what colours I use the most check out my   My Favourite Make-Up Look

Astor Skinmatch Bronzer in 002 Brunette - this has to be my favourite bronzer of all time. It's a matt beautiful bronzer, great for contouring you face. Because it's matt it's amazing when you have blemishes or a foundation that can already give you shine.

Rimmel Scandaleyes  Eyeliner  in 001 Black - Black waterproof eyeliner everybody needs them in their makeup collection. It's very longlasting and I would say easy to apply but I'm not so sore about that as it had the thick and thin liner so it can be tricky. I'm still trying to somehow understand it, but if you are good at eyeliners you will love this one.

Rimmel Kajal Eye Liner Pencil in 011 Stable Brown - Lovely, creamy brown pencil. It's not waterproof but it's very long lasting and you can also  smudge it if you don't want a neat look on your eyes.

Revlon Colorstay in 150 Buff Chamois - okay so I gone through like 3 or 4 bottles of this foundation and I said enough, I don't like how it looks on my skin, so I changed my foundation. However recently I started to like it a lot again. It's a medium to heavy coverage, but it doesn't feel really heavy on the face. It's a good foundation when you have some blemishes or acne but it can look unnatural so you have to blend it very neatly. I use it on my bad skin days instead of the La Roche - Pocay Toleriane Teint Fluid Corrective Foundation, I'm not sure which of them is better but I did come back to the Revlon one for now.

Body Shop Coconut Shower Cream - I wrote about this in my August Favourites, and my opinion didn't change I think it's amazing and I'm not very happy that I'm now finishing it.

Aussie Mega Shampoo - It's a shampoo for everyday cleaning so it's very light, I have been using it for a while now and I love it, just like any other Aussie products. The smell is so beautiful like peaches with flowers, the smells is on your hair for a long time and I just love this product. My hair is soft, full of volume and clean.

Nail Polishes - If you where reading my blog for a long time you know I love Essie nail polishes so if you want to know something about them read any of my favourites. Also there is a Topshop nail polish that I did a review so you can go and have look.
The Topshop nail polish - Pool Party 202
The gary Essie one - Chinchilly
The coral one is my all time favourite is called Cute As A Button.
The pinky one is called Need A Vacation.
The last one is the minty one which I feel in love with and it's called Mint Candy Apple

That would be all for the beauty favourites, now let's move to the non beauty related things:

Songs:
Bastille - Of The Night & Pompeii
Avicii - Addicted To You
Milky Chance - Stolen Dance
Frozen - Let It Go & Do You Want To Build A Snowman
David Tobin - More Then Fine

Food/Drinks:
Chocolate
White Mocha Frappucino
Tea with ginger and lemon

I just wanted to tell you, that I came up with a new idea for the blog. I'll try to post every Wednesday a quote or some saying that I'll find on the internet (something inspiring) or I'll wrote something. So if you will feel down just come on Wednesday and you will find some motivation.
Starting tomorrow!!

Hope you liked this post and if you have any questions, comments or requests please leave them below.

Why I Love England So Much?

Hello everyone,
Sorry I didn't post last week, school is really bad lately there is just so much work, I barely have time to write this one, but I promised so I'm going to try to make is the best I can.

Most of the time when I say I want to live in the UK one day, they look at me like I'm crazy. They say it's always cold and it rains a lot, maybe they are right, but living in England is one of my many dreams that keeps me a bit motivated.
I was in London once for few days and I immediately fell in love with this city and country. This atmosphere that is in London, it's unbelievable or maybe that's just me who feels it, but that feeling when you really want to be in a place and you finally are -  that feels unreal. That's how I felt in London for these three days. Okay maybe it was raining most of the time and it was freaking cold, but when we were leaving, the sun came out and it was so warm... I will never forget the beautiful blue sky and sun shining when we were going to a tube after seeing the Buckingham Palace.

Maybe it's naive of me to think that if I ever get to live there my live will be 100% better... but you know what? I don't really care - I do want to live there and make my dreams come true. I do want to walk on the streets of London or any other city in black jeans, classic white blouse, black high heels and a nude clutch, wearing red lipstick with a big smile on my face to a job interview or to meet with me new made friends. That may sound idealistic, but you know I'm a perfectionist and I'll somehow make that happen.

I have this picture in my head when I'm at home in my new apartment in Brighton. Let's stop here for a while I do talk about London all the time, that's because I was there and that city is beautiful, but I think I would like to live in Brighton at least for some time. It's such a lovely city next to the sea and I love the sea, walking by the sunset or when it rains to smell the sea and fresh rain. Later coming back home and drinking hot tea and going through some work things or reading a book. Anyway let's go back to where I started, so yeah I do have this picture in my head when I have my laptop with me on the sofa next to the window that has the amazing view on the sea and I'm starting to write my first book, smelling my scented candles all over the room. Maybe having my dreamy guinea pigs next to me or in  a pretty white cage. The apartment would be kind of modern with vintage extras with beautiful fresh white or pink flowers on the table. In the evening having my friends come over to have some fun and just chat  and have a laugh. Preparing the dinner  looking so perfectly neat and tasty ( I hope ), with different drinks in fancy and cute mugs and glasses.
Having my best friends with me by my side; staying for a nigh, waking up, making pancakes with Nutella and fruits and drinking freshly squeezed orange juice.

Maybe that will sound too perfect and not possible to get, but you know this picture is in my head for so long now and I will do everything to make it happen.
That's why I love England so much I have so many plans to go there, to live there and maybe find my happiness. When I think of England I think of rainy coats, lots of umbrellas, very cute shops with different thing you wouldn't even think of and people  with that amazingly sexy accent. That's what I love about
this country, that  holds my dreams and the things that I love the most.
I'll come back to this post every time I have a bad day and I hope that one day I won't have to imagine anymore. When you are not feeling well  imagine yourself happy in you favourite place and think that if you don't give up today someday you will be there - happy!

I hope you liked this post, it's a bit different but I just really was in a mood to write something.
If you have any questions, comments or requests ( I would love them ) let me know in the comments below.

My Favourite Make-Up Look.

Hello everyone,
I hope all of you are good. This post is a bit different and I have never done one like this before, so let me know if you like them, if there is something that you want me to change or if you want more of these kind of posts.
Anyways I discovered this look about two weeks ago and I'm not going to lie I wore it twice or so, it's because I'm so lazy in the mornings and I don't want to take so much time putting on makeup, but when I wear it - I love it!!
I think this makeup look is amazing for spring and if you have light eyes, especially blue this will make your blue eyes even more blue, I guess that's why I love it so much. The brown and gold brings out the blue in your eyes... I just used the word 'blue' way too often. Hope you will like it and if you recrate this look let me know...I would love to see.

I'm just going to go quickly through the products I used:

  • Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation in 010 Light Porcelain ( it's a light to medium coverage, this shade has pink undertone in it, which is not so good with blemishes and redness - unfortunately I just discovered that, but still it's alright to use, also it's the only drugstore foundation that matches my skin tone which is just amazing).
  •  Inglot AMC Cream Concealer in 64.
  • Rimmel Stay Matt Powder in 003 Peach Glow
  • Astor SkinMatch Bronzer in 002 Brunette ( love this bronzer! It's matt, the colour is perfect and it's great for contouring)
  • Avon Blush in Classic Aura ( Still my favourite! I don't think any other blush will be this amazing!)
  • Maybelline Baby Lips in Peach Kiss
  • Sleek MakeUp i-Divine Oh So Special Palette ( I used Bow and The Mail for the whole eye lid, Gift Basket, Boxed and Wrapped Up on the creases, blend them nicely)
  • Inglot Eyeshadows ( The light one ( 395 ) in the corners of my eyes to bright them up, and the golden one ( 406 ) in the creases to add a but more shimmer.
  • Catrice Kohl Kajal Eye Pencil ( the number/name is gone already, just use any brown eye pencil)
  • Maybelline The Falsies Volume Express in Black Drama
  • Rimmel Match Perfection Concealer & Highlighter in 030 Classic Beige
  • Kobo Professional Long Lasting Lip Liner ( the name gone off, it's a pink/coral colour

The brushes I used:

  • Real Techniques Buffing Brush
  • Zoeva 102 Silk Finish
  • Real Technique Powder Brush
  • Real Technique Blush Brush
  • Reach Technique Contour Brush
  • Real Technique Detailer Brush
  • Real Technique Base Shadow Brush
